- Can I keep my BT lines but use Cheaper Business Phone Calls service?
- Yes, you continue to pay BT rental in the normal way but the calls service is provided by Cheap Business Phone Calls and you save money.
- How much can I save overall?

- What about line faults?
- You contact BT in the normal way and BT engineers will resolve the problem. If you rent the line from us, Carphone Warehouse will resolve the problem on our behalf.
- Will I get the same response even though I use Cheaper Business Phone Calls service?
- BT are contracted to provide the same service.
- Will I retain all my existing services like call barring, call waiting etc?
- You will keep all the services you had formerley.
- Are volume discounts available?
- Yes, subject to negotiation.
- How will I know if I can take advantage of volume discounts?
- Cheap Business Phone Calls will monitor and analyse your bills. Your personal account manager will contact you with details of extra savings.
- What if I wish to cancel. Am I tied into a contract?
- As you will be making massive savings and receiving a host of benefits, we are confident you will stay with us. In the unlikely event of a wish to cancel, you just need to give us 30 days notice and you can then move away, so in effect, it's a rolling contract.
- What happens when you receive my signed application?
- After satisfactory checks with BT you will be using Cheap Business Phone Calls services and saving money within ten days. BT will inform you of the change by letter.
- Will there be any interruption of service?
- There will be no disruption to your business. The switchover is seamless. The only thing you will notice is lower bills for business calls.
- How do we receive our bills and pay?
- Invoices will be monthly and payment will be by Direct Debit. Other payment options are available, please contact us for information.
- Who do I contact with account queries?
- You will have a personal account manager who handles your account, knows your history and deals with queries. We do not use robots or queuing systems.
- I am a cable user, can I still use Cheaper Business Phone Calls?
- No.
